The comment section is now open!
After making my website IWeb-compatible and writing my very own little program in Flask, my site is now ready to receive comments!
Since Neocities only does static sites (to the extent that I can't even set up any headers, redirects or webhooks!), the comment section is powered by Webmentions, hosted by our friends at webmention.io. Because of this, there are many ways you can comment on my posts:
On your own blog
Simply give me the URL to your post:
If you're feeling adventurous and want your post to actually look like a comment, Aaron Parecki has a step-by-step guide for that!
Mastodon and Twitter
Simply @ me and include the URL to the post! Our friends at Bridgy will eventually pull those comments over.
Comments policy
- The comment section is for building on my thoughts in the article, not for advertising your chicken nuggets. Completely unrelated pages will be deleted from the comment section.
- Have fun, and let's start a conversation!
